Excluding VIP Booth parties which are paid in full, for the other party packages, the balance is due on the day of the party.
Yes, we cater for allergens and dietary requirements, if you confirm these with the parents/carers of the children and let us know ahead of the party.
If you would like Scallywags to yourself, then we recommend booking an exclusive hire party.
With a COLD BUFFET you will be charged for the numbers which are confirmed with the team as the food is prepared in advance. However, with a Hot Buffet you will be charged for the minimum requirement and any additional children who attend the party.
For our exclusive hire parties, you are more than welcome to bring food along for the adults.
You are more than welcome to hire a mascot or a face painter, please just let us know upon booking/prior to the party so we can make a note.
We advise no more than 15 minutes before the party starts as we have a 2.5 hour car parking limit and our friendly team will be cleaning and ensure everything is ready ahead of your party!
Plates, Cups, Catering foil/cling film, bin bags and anything else you think you may need. PLEASE NOTE with self-cater parties if the place isn’t left in a clean and acceptable standard you will be charged a small cleaning fee of £30.00.

Scallywags Brierley Hill Soft Play Party Reviews
How your soft play party will work
Parties with Scallywags Brierley Hill are simple and leave you free to enjoy a chat with other parents.
We’ll reserve your seating so when you arrive, you can simply leave the birthday cake with us and start enjoying yourself.
- Sign in at Reception and hand over the cake
- Head over to your designated area to welcome the children
- We’ll bring over the squash while the kids start playing
- We’ll confirm the numbers with you and collect the final balance
- You grab a coffee and relax!
- After an hour or so of play, we’ll bring out the cake and lead a chorus of Happy Birthday
- We’ll serve the food with brightly coloured plates and cups
- The kids will enjoy their tasty meal while we cut the cake
- Time for a final play and run around
There really is nothing for you to do other than tell us how many kids there are and pass us the cake. Your party host will take care of everything else. You can even download the invites from the bottom of this page!
