Visited today for our santa + make a bear experience, fantastic value with an hours soft play included , santa was really good! He greeted my daughter with her name and talked to her about lots of exciting things she had coming up and the things she liked , shes 8 and at age where she says the santas we visit are fake santas She didnt say this about the santa we saw today! So well done santa you must be the real deal! We loved your elf too 🙂 the girl who helped her make her bear was really friendly and chatted to her throughout , there was a huge selection of bears for my daughter to choose from She chose a wolf 🎄 would highly recommend booking,such a lovely treat for the children. Well done scallywags for creating a fun yet magical christmas experience

Our visit today was truly magical. Our daughter is quite a shy girl but Santa and the Elf were so friendly and warm towards her. They spoke lots which made her smile and our daughter was very happy to give Santa a cuddle and sit on his lap for a picture. Although she didn't speak much during her visit, the perseverance and effort made from both Santa and Elf meant a lot as our daughter spoke about her visit and everything they'd said to her for the rest of the day. Will definitely be back again next year.

We came to see Santa on the 24th, he was really good, my daughter really doesn’t know what to make of Santa and he was very patient with her, he gave me his ‘direct line’ because my daughter has been particularly naughty this year, he talked to her about unicorns, and he showed her a video on his phone of him and elves going down the slide, he said they had polished it and pushed him 😂😂, he gave her some playdoh, yes wasnt wrapped but that meant there wasn’t piles of screwed up wrapping paper everywhere, my daughter and I certainly weren’t bothered by that, we didn’t pay for the any on top experiences but I probably will Next year as this was by far one of the best this year, even on a par with our polar express experience. We Werent going to have food but actually was pretty reasonable so we did, and it was very nice. If the ladies girls who rescued my daughter who was crying at the top of the play frame reads this, thankyou once again!!! They were so kind to her!! Above all a 5* experience and we WILL be booking again for next year, merry Xmas all xx

Had a lovely time visiting Santa in his grotto today. He spent plenty of time talking to our 4 year old, and he received a great toy. Our 4 month old enjoyed his first visit too!

Second year we have used scally wags for our Santa visit. I’m a childminder and a lot of places do not cater for young children in the day time during term time. Scally wags staff made us feel very welcome from the minute we walked in. Santa and his elves have been amazing both years and would highly recommend

Where Are You Located?

You can find us on Level Street in Brierley Hill in the West Midlands. We are up the road from Merry Hill Shopping Centre.

What Shall I Do If My Child Is Unwell/Poorly?

To keep Scallywags safe please DO NOT visit if your child is unwell/poorly. Get in touch with us and we can rearrange your visit.

Can I Change The Date Of The Booking?

Yes, IF the date is AVAILABLE to See Santa at Scallywags Brierley Hill. However, bookings can only be changed one time.

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and CANNOT be CREDITED.
Tickets which are purchased online via our booking system are ONLY valid for the date selected.
Grotto bookings can be transferred ONLY ONCE to another date which you wish to move it to (subject to availability).
Full payment is required when making a BOOKING to See Santa.
If your child is ill – we can try our best to move the grotto booking to the next available date for you.
Please arrive ON TIME to your booking – Santa has a very busy schedule!
Bookings are for 2 hours which includes your visit to see Santa and soft play.
